It is so important for people to see that others appreciate your business so we have a tool for participating members called "Toss Us Stars". Right from your mobile app delivered with your texting keyword and number, or Catalog, customers can toss you some stars!

A banner in your physical business saying something like "TOSS US SOME STARS" by texting to 72727 the word ( your word we provide), on your email signature, or every time you complete a sale with a customer, ask them to use your texting keyword and number to access your app so they can Toss You Some Stars.

When your customer opens your mobile web app (or catalog) they will see the button called "Toss Us Stars". When clicked, they can choose between 1 and 5 stars and optionally enter a small comment up to 140 characters long. The perfect way for you (business owner) to know how you are doing in the minds of your customers.
You Decide If You Want to
Post the Stars or Not
When a customer decides to "Toss You Some Stars" and adds a small comment to go along with those stars, your membership organization will email you and the stars will be added to your DocuTeam dashboard. From there you can read all of the responses. It is up to you if you want to post, or not post that toss on your mobile app and catalog. If you get a lot of stars being tossed, it might be a great idea to post them for everyone to see.

A simple click on the "Toss Us Stars" button from your mobile app or catalog enables the customer (completely anonymously) choose between 1 and 5 stars representing the level of their satisfaction. They also have the option to add up to 140 characters to describe their experience or reason for the stars.
That is all it takes for them to "Toss You Some Stars" and to help you know how you are doing. It remains 100% private unless you choose to post the results. You will have the option to post any one of the toss's, or none of them at all.
If you decide to post any one or more of the results, there will be another button that appears on your mobile app and catalog that says "View Our Stars".
You will be notified by email each time you have new stars sent to you.
Remember your stars are always kept private unless you decide to publish them.
